"Lotto London International Lottery (BERNICE COOPER, Warren Butler)" is a fake lottery in the UK and probably Nigeria. This is a 419 scam. The object of the scam is to get spam recipients to send US$650 in "notarization fees" to the criminals.
Please send us copies of any replies by "claims agents", especially payment demands you have have received.
